Fred T. Mackenzie, President Fred T. Mackenzie, Ph.D.

Dr. Mackenzie is President of Mackenzie and Associates and past President of Training House, Inc. He has more than thirty years professional experience concentrating in four major areas: Strategic Planning, HR Consulting, Organization Development and Managerial Leadership. He has designed and produced programs for more than fifty organizations including ten on the Fortune 100 list.

Clients include Baxter Regional Hospital, Bermuda Hospitals, Central Bank of The Caribbean, Continental Airlines, Digital Equipment Corp., Federal Reserve Bank, Formosa Plastics, International Fund for Agricultural Development, Jamaica Central Bank, Keystone Mercy Health Plan, Kidspeace, Kodak, Lockheed Martin, MetLife, Millar Western Forest Products, Novus Int’l, Organon Pharmaceuticals, Phifer Wire Products, SAHCO, SBC/Pacific Bell, SuperGen Inc., TUV of North America, USAirways and US Investigation Services.

During his time with Mobil Oil, he served as Manager, Organization Development; Manager, Management Education; Manager, Training Consulting Systems and Senior Consultant with Mobil Oil Corporation. He held various Human Resource Management roles in Africa, The Middle East and Europe.

He was CEO of International Management Consultants, a European-based consortium of management consultants operating in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He was on the Board of Directors of MLI Industries, Inc., a contract manufacturing firm for IBM, Kodak and General Electric, and held various positions in MLI including VP of Marketing and Planning, and Administration VP (MIS, Facilities, Security, Safety, and Human Resources).

Dr. Mackenzie has a B.A. in Psychology and a B.Sc.in Geological Engineering (Union College) and holds Masters’ degrees in Industrial Psychology (Tulsa University) and Micropaleontology (University of Wyoming). His Ph.D. course work was completed at New York University in Psychology. He was admitted into the American Psychological Association and licensed in the state of New York. Fred is listed in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World.

He has served on the faculty of Cornell University’s Advanced Management Program, Oxford University’s Institute for Advanced Managerial Studies and the Administrative Staff College, Oxfordshire, U.K. He was appointed to the Advisory Board, Graduate Program in Organizational Psychology and as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. He has been a member of the American Sociological Association, the American Society of Applied Anthropology and a fellow of the American Anthropological Association.
